「綺麗で清潔で交通も申し分なく、夜も静かで景色も住宅街に馴染んで素敵でした。スーパーも複数あって買い物にも困りませんでした。ただ1回ゴミ置き場から火災報知器が鳴って避難したのですが、ホテル関係の方が誰も来なくてどうして良いか分からず1時間位して他のお客さん達と報知器がなる中部屋に戻りました。一旦止まったのですが、又火災報知器が鳴って外に避難。間も無く消防車が来て報知器を直してもう大丈夫と言ってくれて安心しました。こういう体験があると常時フロントが有ると安心だと思いました。」

It had everything we needed at a great price point (significantly more cost effective than any other 2 bedroom apartments we looked at). Would definitely stay here again. 「It was fairly priced and a really good spot close to a train station and plenty of good food shops around! Plus a Woolies not even a rock throw away Place was quite clean I loved it had a good sized fridge and not a bar fridge like normal hotels . A washing machine and dryer in our room! and a normal kitchen was unbelievable! I stayed on the 8 story and the view was like no other! Had plenty of room for my nephew to play with his toys we had a 2 bedroom apartment it also had 2 bathrooms and it...

「A very neat & clean unit. A little worn but well presented. Can't remember seeing a photo showing the shower above a bath, which is not our preference however everything worked well. Appreciated the block out curtains in the bedroom, often lacking. Very handy pick up / drop off bay right in front of the building. Tim was a good communicator & the check in details were very clear and even a handy note for the benefit of a taxi driver was included.」

「Great location with easy access to Prymont Ferry Station. Excellent coffee shop in hotel across the street. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. The washer and dryer were very handy. Fireworks on Saturday night can be viewed from rooftop pool. Lots of grocery stores and restaurants within short walking distance.」

「We didn’t have a car but we were within walking distance from beaches, restaurants and shopping area. Great location!! The host, Amaya and Simon, are very nice and accommodating. The studio is perfect for short stays and very well equipped. You have the feel of being a local. We hope to be back.」

「出張で利用しました。コンベンションセンターやDarling Harbourまで徒歩５分ほどで、観光にも非常に便利と思います。設備は概ね説明通りですが、詳細情報にある「毎日のハウスキーピング」は間違いではないかと思います。現地で確認できる英語版のサービスガイドには、７日未満の滞在ではハウスキービングは無い。７日以上の滞在の場合にはWeeklyServiceとしてハウスキービングがある（週一回か？）と書かれていました。ただ、シャンプーや石けん、替えのタオルなどは必要があればフロントに言えばもらえます。」
