b. Smoking is strictly prohibited—this includes both inside the apartment and on the balcony.
c. Please keep noise to a minimum after 11:00 PM. No loud music or disruptive behavior during quiet hours.
d. The use or possession of illegal drugs on the premises is strictly forbidden.
