「This property is in the Silkari Hotel but it is not mananged by the hotel. The host is unreachable by email or phone (they never replied to either). The unit is nice but the aircon didn't work (which is why I was trying to contact the host). The windows do open but as it is located next to commercial properties, their air-con roars away all night and the garbage trucks arrive early, which will keep you awake. There were grubby finger prints over the mirrors and doors and there needed more...

「Check in is really simple This apartment is close to the Metro so only 4 stops into Sydney central. Its close to supermarkets and in a safe quiet neighbourhood. You dont need a car - you can walk to the metro or shops. The second bedroom is more like an alcove as it has no door - so good for a child but offers no privacy. Kitchen with a dishwasher is nice - an extra couple of plates bowls and more cutlery would be nice. Good value for what it is.」

「A few fleas or bed bugs and it was hard to find the key for the apartment 」

「Straight forward instructions on how to get in and great location. Clean and tidy and better then what we were expecting to stay in We are a family of 6 and we had so much space」

Post departure was blamed for damages to a range hood that existed before arrival. Had that deducted without consult. One fork, no cooking equipment. Just no really setup for Stays other than overnight + eating out.」

「The property itself is adequate for a short stay however it is old, run down and in desperate need of a refurbishment. Carpets very worn. Two single beds pushed together. Limited bedding which I did eventual find extra stashed in a closet. Cleanliness was not an issue and the studio had everything you need for a stay available to you. Location for Chatswood is excellent and very convenient for trains and metro as well as having all the shops and restaurants nearby. The property management...

「location is amazing exactly at the metro station and located in a nice community. Centro is 2 mins walk. Coles is 7 mins walk」

「We must have bern unlucky! The bin lorry arrives 4.15 every morning just out side bedroom. Pieces of skirting board missing. Old food left in cupboards. To cap it off, its now February 13th & still havent had our damage deposit returned, even though host has said its with VRBO」
