「False advertising…. Not a quiet neighborhood and not recently renovated. Arrived at - 11pm after an international flight. Party nearby prevented sleep at first, then loud, construction like noise at 2am and 4am woke us up that night. Woke up to discovery the place was dirty, dingy and dated. The only thing this place had going for it was a view of the harbour! Beware of misleading pictures and discriptions. Host and VRBO were more worried about pictures than helping us. The VRBO 」

「Fantastic location and problems with linen dealt with quickly. Great spacious apartment for a family of 4. All the amenities needed. Construction starts at 7.30 in the morning directly behind bedrooms (we were pre warned about ongoing construction) but did not realise how close it would be especially because we were on the ground floor.」

「メトロのクローズネスト駅前でシティやセントラル駅へもアクセス抜群でした。 フロントがないので、不測の事態が起こった時は、メールや電話で英語でのやり取りをすることになります。 私の場合、チェックイン前の連絡を当日まですっかり忘れていて、早朝、電話し事情を話すと、すぐにチェックイン手続フォームが送られてきました。 そこにパスポート情報などを入力し送信。その後、昼過ぎに施設から建物に入るコードと、部屋の鍵の取り出し方などの情報が送られてきて無事に部屋に入ることができました。 部屋はスタジオタイプで、景色のいいバルコニー付きでとても綺麗でした。写真と同じ感じでした。 洗濯洗剤も滞在数分ほど用意されていたり、掃除道具も全てあり、快適な滞在となりました。 フロントがないので、チェックイン前後の荷物の預かりがないのが残念ですが、シドニーは色々な場所で荷物預けのサービスがあるので、そちらを利用しました。」

「Fabulous location and very comfortable accommodation. Great views of the harbour bridge from the terrace. No air con but fans provided and no parking which was an inconvenience but my fault for not checking the listing. Great communication. Would recommend.」

「Good wee place for 2 of us to stay, comfy bed, everything we needed - cooking space, washing machine & tv (we didn't use), 2 comfy lounge seats, small outdoor deck space with table/chairs. Great location with street parking, right around the corner a nice cafe and lovely bush walk to harbour. Host very kindly provided extra pillows on request and made sure extra blankets available and was a good communicator. Only potential improvements would be window stays to allow house to ventilate while we...
