「This was the second stay for us in this apartment which is perfect for a couple. Not only is the view spectacular, the location is perfect for ease of getting around. The train station and ferry are both conveniently located in easy walking distance. From there, you can get anywhere you need to go. There are also a number of excellent restaurants, also within walking distance as well as the food store and bottle shop. Definitely a great place to stay.」

「メトロのクローズネスト駅前でシティやセントラル駅へもアクセス抜群でした。 フロントがないので、不測の事態が起こった時は、メールや電話で英語でのやり取りをすることになります。 私の場合、チェックイン前の連絡を当日まですっかり忘れていて、早朝、電話し事情を話すと、すぐにチェックイン手続フォームが送られてきました。 そこにパスポート情報などを入力し送信。その後、昼過ぎに施設から建物に入るコードと、部屋の鍵の取り出し方などの情報が送られてきて無事に部屋に入ることができました。 部屋はスタジオタイプで、景色のいいバルコニー付きでとても綺麗でした。写真と同じ感じでした。 洗濯洗剤も滞在数分ほど用意されていたり、掃除道具も全てあり、快適な滞在となりました。 フロントがないので、チェックイン前後の荷物の預かりがないのが残念ですが、シドニーは色々な場所で荷物預けのサービスがあるので、そちらを利用しました。」

「Great location, convenient to town centre, North Sydney, Metro, and CBD. Some attention to detail and maintenance needed. Limited ventilation and poor exhaust in bathroom, opening window difficult. A cupboard had a full (cold) cup of coffee in it missed by cleaners. Heating not working and details inaccurate on inventory. Great unit and wouldn't take much for an improved guest experience. 」
