「We had alot of issues woth the booking process of this property. The site played up during the booking process and it reverted back to booking for two people when we were trying to book for four. After so much time on the phone and even providing proof that the site had created an error not one side ( expedia site or host)took accountability or offered any type of assistance when it came to issue and insisted we pay the full extra person fee which was quite upsetting considering this was a post...

「An amazing seamless process to stay in this magnificent spot. Apartment has everything you need with million dollar uninterrupted views of the Sydney Harbour Bridge, Opera House and Luna Park. The ferry is right outside the apartment with a short 10min ride back to circular quay. So many lovely eateries, cafes and restaurants close by. 「メトロのクローズネスト駅前でシティやセントラル駅へもアクセス抜群でした。 フロントがないので、不測の事態が起こった時は、メールや電話で英語でのやり取りをすることになります。 私の場合、チェックイン前の連絡を当日まですっかり忘れていて、早朝、電話し事情を話すと、すぐにチェックイン手続フォームが送られてきました。 そこにパスポート情報などを入力し送信。その後、昼過ぎに施設から建物に入るコードと、部屋の鍵の取り出し方などの情報が送られてきて無事に部屋に入ることができました。 部屋はスタジオタイプで、景色のいいバルコニー付きでとても綺麗でした。写真と同じ感じでした。 洗濯洗剤も滞在数分ほど用意されていたり、掃除道具も全てあり、快適な滞在となりました。 フロントがないので、チェックイン前後の荷物の預かりがないのが残念ですが、シドニーは色々な場所で荷物預けのサービスがあるので、そちらを利用しました。」
