Very good experience, staff friendly and helpful, room perfect (if a little small), but perfect for a business overnight stay. Well located in Ryde near many many restaurants.

This property was super clean. The washer/dryer combo takes way too long to do a load.

I must say I was skeptical going into this apartment kind of hotel stay, but was so relieved that I experienced the Meriton Chatswood. Hotel staff upon arrival was great. We have been welcomed by the staff nicely although they do not accept early check ins due to holiday (New Year) but all our stuff have been accepted for safe keeping. A welcome coffee and muffins is a delight. The spacious 2 bedroom balcony was a sight to see. Complete with kitchen tools and everything you need to complete a worry free travel. Staff flexible and friendly, even to the point of lending me a power adapter for a few days. Room layout was perfect and access to food options as well as the train station was ideal.

Perfect for our family of 7... Did not realise there were 3 toilets! The washer and dryer are a great convenience-no need to travel home with dirty laundry to catch up on. A huge help with a family!

This is a great location! Next to a park, two blocks from the big Westfield indoor mall (has food court, shops and 3 grocery stores), and the many restaurants of Burwood (mainly Asian). It’s also close to the Burwood train station where you can take the express train into Sydney center. The apartment is very well appointed, full fridge/freezer, washer/dryer as well. Everything is very clean and organized. There’s no daily cleaning, but the staff is very nice and if you need anything refilled...

Very nice hotel and in great location that is near all the shopping!

GENERAL: Everything was spacious, roomy, and new. The building is right next to a river, with a walkway/sidewalk on the bank that was relaxing to walk along. BEDROOM: The king-size bed took up most of the bedroom but there was still room enough to walk on 3 sides of the bed. There was good access to the large closet on one side.
