「We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Grace. The apartment was modern and very clean. The location couldn't have been better. Walking distance to everything we needed and also a bus stop 1 minute walk. 15 Minute bus trip into the city which is so much more convenient than having to take the ferry. A little pricey but it's what you'd expect for that area.」

「メトロのクローズネスト駅前でシティやセントラル駅へもアクセス抜群でした。 フロントがないので、不測の事態が起こった時は、メールや電話で英語でのやり取りをすることになります。 私の場合、チェックイン前の連絡を当日まですっかり忘れていて、早朝、電話し事情を話すと、すぐにチェックイン手続フォームが送られてきました。 そこにパスポート情報などを入力し送信。その後、昼過ぎに施設から建物に入るコードと、部屋の鍵の取り出し方などの情報が送られてきて無事に部屋に入ることができました。 部屋はスタジオタイプで、景色のいいバルコニー付きでとても綺麗でした。写真と同じ感じでした。 洗濯洗剤も滞在数分ほど用意されていたり、掃除道具も全てあり、快適な滞在となりました。 フロントがないので、チェックイン前後の荷物の預かりがないのが残念ですが、シドニーは色々な場所で荷物預けのサービスがあるので、そちらを利用しました。」

「We absolutely loved our stay thank you. The view from the unit was so amazing it almost didn’t feel real at first but we quickly got used to it hahaha - how divine!The pool was an absolute bonus.We took advantage of the location and used the ferry services to get around - such a beautiful way to travel. Only downside was the only working lift broke down on Boxing Day with no service or maintenance personnel around, and we had to climb the stairs - 16 floors. But overall we just loved it and will...

「We were unsure due to the address on Spit Rd, BUT it was fantastic! Double glazing and no sound overnight. Slept so well. Comfortable for 4 x adults. Parking onsite was so good. Close to Balmoral Beach and we loved it to stroll around. Would recommend and return. Thanks! 」
