"This was our second time in two weeks that we stayed here. The checkin was smooth, staff are always friendly and cheerful. The breakfast is awesome with much variety and a lovely seating area. The rooms are a good size, the bathrooms are exceptional. It is within walking distance to Ueno Station, and lots of busy shopping areas with lots of takeout options. "
