「This place was the perfect home base for an amazing, adventure-filled vacation on Kona. We travelled to Kona with our 3 kids (ages 7, 10, 12), and location was perfect for beach days to Hapuna and Spencer beaches a stone's throw away. One day I even jogged from the house to the beach for some exercise. Lots of great food in Waimea when we wanted to eat out, and well stocked kitchen when we wanted to eat in. I have heard by reputation that the rules are very strict, but everyone around follows them, and because of that, the peace and quiet is preserved. 「This condo is beautiful. Check in was easy, it was clean and kitchen was very well appointed. Very comfortable lanai furniture. The complex pool and hot tubs were so nice. Owner was very responsive! The only down side to the location was the road noise from the intersection at certain times of the day, but we got used to that.」
