"The location and amount of space was great. There was plenty of room for me, my husband, and our three kids. The host was very communicative, which was helpful. The cleaning staff was not the best, and it was not as clean as other apartments at the same location have been in the past, but the host was apologetic. The view was also a bit surprising, as the balcony looks out onto the parking lot and construction. Overall, though, the stay was pleasant and we appreciated the space."

"The day I arrived the hotel didn’t have my confirmation it was 10 PM. I had to prove that to them that like prepaid spending two hours before I got my room when I went to the bar at the pool they would not serve me because I was in a private room. They wouldn’t take my credit card. They didn’t take cash."
