「They charge a cleaning fee but when we got there it was dirty fruit flys every where floor dirty bathroom dirty wrote the host and got no respond pay to much money for this place to be dirty seem like they haven’t been there in a long time roaches in the kitchen and one of the beds had bed bugs smh 2/10 only good thing was the pool outside」

「Balcony was great! Beach view and amenities for beach was great. Staff was good minus the $2000 hold they put vs $200 hoping it is all cleared up Monday. The host was great but I would recommend he change that sofa bed as it did have mold underneath the mattress and frame. So please watch out for that and absolutely change it or treat it with whatever is needed.」

「I enjoyed my stay at this place! The apartment is very spacious and I loved how close it is to the beach (just a 5 minute walk). The building also has some nice things to offer, such as a small coffee shop, a mini market, a well-equiped gym, and a pool. As others have pointed out, the place has some issues though. The balcony was closed off unannounced due to renovations of the facade, a disappointment as I had looked forward to spending time there. The shower doesn't run through well, so within...

「It was a side view of city and beach, great but couldn't see directly in front of hotel. balconies are side by side but no one beside us was on theirs. Construction next door bothersome in daytime. When the building goes up I'm afraid the view will be blocked. Host stayed in contact, safe for families. 」

「Looking forward to staying here again. I have only positive things to say. The host was vey easy to talk with」

「Wonderful property, and terrific hosts. The apartment is beautiful, the views outstanding, and the building amenities are top notch. A true resort experience and we don’t want to leave. Kids loved it. Thanks again, we will be back.」

「Listing on VRBO was completely deceiving. No mention of constant construction on roof so load jackhammer and drilling and poundng noise coming through ceiling. No motion of the water being shut off multiple time ddi to plumbing problems. Fridge broken. Multiple times gasoline fumes filled the unit from workers outside. Complete Worst experience ver anywhere in the world and I have been. loyal VRBO customer for over. decade and every other experience around the world, Dubai, Barcelona, France,...

「The location of the property was excellent. Just a short walk to beach access. The views from the deck were outstanding. Our family of five found the condo spacious. The kitchen contained satisfactory equipment, but lacked anything else. Overall, a nice property and we enjoyed our stay. 」
