「Excellent stay, the property is on the second floor with a balcony overlooking the parking lot and facing some beautiful properties up the hill. It's a well stocked and very well maintained apartment. An absolutely serene common area was just across the parking lot - not far from the apartment building. The owner has done an excellent job with creating a little Bali oasis on the edge of Summerland. Natty was responsive to our concerns. We hope to stay again some time soon! 」

「Bed was really comfortable! The place was quiet and clean. I would go back however, when we we’re loading the car to leave I was still in the room and someone that lived in the main house slammed the gate to the room! Just thought that was slightly odd and rude???」

「The location of this property was excellent—an easy walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. Unfortunately, the experience was overshadowed by several issues with the accommodations, the most serious being the condition of the sofa bed. Although the listing stated the unit slept four, the sofa bed sheets were dirty and crusty, clearly not replaced after the previous guests. When we searched for extra bedding, there was none in the unit. As a result, two people in our group had to sleep on top...

「Pros: great location, on-site laundry. owner was responsive except for when we were trying to check in and the key was not where we had been told it would be.Cons: on check in, key was not where it was supposed to be. multiple attempts to contact host were unanswered. We received an answer 2 hours later.The carpet needs to be replaced. Carpeted floors make no sense in a place like this with a climate like this. It's not sanitary.There was only one working space heater in the whole place. We...
