"Clean room. Comfortable beds. Check in was easy on a kiosk. They will store your luggage before and after checkin/out which is convenient. Very conveniently located minutes from a train station. This made transit extremely manageable and we didn’t waste much time getting to a station. I would stay here again. "

"It's kinda rare to find a hotel which has self-service laundry room and onsen, Resol Hotel Trinity Osaka has both of them. Location is convenient. Staff is cool. Another cool thing was that, housekeeper hung a tote bag of goodies (clean towels, bottled water, coffee and tea bags) on your room door handle (if you don't select room cleaning service), to make sure you have sufficient daily supply. I didn't give a 5 star, because there was a flaw; the bidet filter was due for a change."

"Room was clean and quiet. Laundry is on the 3rd floor. The breakfast buffet had a great variety (eggs, bacon, sausage, yogurt with about 7 different toppings, cereal, french toast, salad with multiple dressings, udon noodles, curry & rice, different juices, and at the touch of a button the coffee dispenser would produce about 5 or 6 different drinks. I would recommend this place to everyone…oh and you literally cant be closer to a subway line. You walk out the front door and the stairway down is immediately to your left. Google maps may want you to take a different line depending on your destination but there is a line really close to you. When I checked in someone came right over to assist me and when I checked out it was super easy (just put your card into the machine and press “check out” you're done). "

"The room was quite small. The shower was connected to the sink, and for privacy you had to pull a curtain around both areas, which felt a bit awkward. It also lacked amenities that many hotels typically provide, such as face wash, lotion, and razors. I also want to mention that when I turned on the TV, the viewing history contained adult content. Since I had my child with me, this was concerning, although fortunately, nothing was seen. It would be a good idea for staff to clear the TV history between guests. The breakfast was just okay, with small portions and limited options. I would recommend this hotel for travelers without children. There is a decent bar and a DJ who performs in the evening. "
