「I was up on LI visiting family and friends. I’d never spent any time in Kings Park or that general area before so I decided to give this place a try. Everything in the apartment was new and clean. The owners live in the main part of the house but the apartment had its own private entrance and I wasn’t disturbed in any way. 「The host was extremely attentive to any questions or needs. Excellent and immediate communication. Good, quiet location between Islip airport and Port Jefferson. The size of the unit was very adequate for two people. Bathroom was clean and adequately stocked with towels and wash cloths.The reason for 2 stars is we thought the apartment was not very clean from floor to ceiling. This apartment has huge potential to be very cute. In my option, it needs an entire over haul.」

「Nice location and well-appointed rooms. Unfortunately, the rooms stink of heavily perfumed cleaners and the sheets and towels were so heavily perfumed from scented detergents and dryer sheets as to render them toxic. If you have any sort of chemical sensitivities, the rooms at this place will make you sick.」

「Very clean. Easy to get to. Listing as described. Bed and furniture are nice and comfy. Only thing I would add is a broom and dust pain and some Clorox wipes so guest can keep it neat. 5 stars! Very nice host. 」

「Beautiful clean upstairs apartment with a private entrance. Very quiet neighborhood with a small park across the street. Karen, the homeowner who lives downstairs is a wonderful person. The place was perfect for what I needed amd the location was great.」
