「Dust was bad on back of tv’s, no staff on site bar and parking was good 」

「A/C wasn’t working properly.. contacted our host who finally replied but well over an hour.. said he would send someone but was surprised it wasn’t working since he had someone prior to our stay.. not sure the A/C was ever working properly since they had 2 plug in blower fans (the kind you use to dry out flooded homes) on the boat.. We finally left as the temp was 87.. didn’t hear back from our host until the following day.. wouldn’t refund us either.. such a disappointment.. Expedia should...

「The location and rooms we excellent. However, we needed extra linens. It took over 4.5 hours to get them. The water heater on one side couldn’t fill the tub without run out of hot water and the heater only blew cold air even when in heat. The linens were in kitchen and rooms that needed some or more. 」

「Loved the quiet, well equipped, easy ride to all the activity in Key West. Enjoyed the French bakery and Italian restaurants within walking distance. Would most definitely return to this private townhouse....Thank you!」
