"The stay was amazing! Got to see dolphins every morning and it was just a few quick steps to the beach. They had beach chairs, umbrellas, sunscreen, and everything you could need. I highly recommend staying here."

"AWESOME falls short when describing our stay at The Roth Hotel. This weekend was all about my wife’s birthday, and the hotel helped make it unforgettable We originally booked two nights, but once we realized this place was truly a hidden gem, we asked to stay one more night. The staff was extremely kind, attentive, and helpful, and they made the extension easy We stayed in Room 5 and everything was excellent.The room was clean, comfortable, and well thought out.The shower was perfect after the beach, the bed was very comfortable, the TV had cable and apps like Netflix, and the sofa bed was great for a family movie night with our daughter One of our favorite parts was the back dock. In the morning, drinking coffee while waiting for the sunrise, we saw dolphins passing through the canal, heard fish near the deck, and watched pelicans flying around. It was peaceful and beautiful Having parking included was a huge plus, especially because parking around St. Pete and Sunset Beach can be limited and expensive.The location made it easy to enjoy the beach without stress The kitchen had everything we needed, even more than expected, and the pool was perfect for our daughter after long beach day Everyone made us feel welcome from beginning to end.We are definitely coming back. These were our best vacations in two years, and The Roth Hotel played a huge part in making them so special Thanks! P.s: Don't move my chair 😅"

"Thank you so very much for opening up your amazing home to my family and dogs for my 50th bday!! It was a memory I’ll never forget , The house felt magical with a quintessential surf shack vibe ,cedar walls, winding stair case, and breathtaking views!! Watching the sunrise through the kitchen window and the ever changing sunsets on the back deck..well, I was in heaven . Ample parking, playground/ Publix that my daughter loved walking to, my son loved the pool table, all beds were so comfy, and I worked on one of your many puzzles and books. I felt so at home and cozy, and hope to be back one day. Thank you again"

"The location of this house was the best. Literally right across from the beach. The house was clean and had everything we needed. There were a few things missing that were listed on the original post but nothing major. The owner of the property was very responsive and accommodating. We would for sure recommend and stay there again."

"The cottage is just what you would see in the old St. Pete Beach area. The house is clean, and the backyard is great for relaxing after a day at the beach. It was great to sit in the backyard without worrying about the Florida bugs. No mosquitoes here. YEAH! The one issue that we had was with the AC. It is understandable that items break without warning, but it is how the host rectifies the issue. All I received was that the AC guy would either be there that night or in the morning. No confirmation on either and no further communication. We were leaving the next day. Luckily, there were fans in each room that worked, and the night was not too warm. By morning, the house was a lovely 80 degrees. It would be good to inform the guests about what is going on if the AC company is not coming that day. Also, as someone from the St. Pete area, there are many AC companies available and should be available in case of an issue. Hope they have the AC working and a person available when it stops."
