「So much fun packed into a short stay…」

「Property is as listed. Very clean and centrally located to activities. I think that the ad should mention that it is on the second story, the stairs could make a difference to some people.」

「Imagine living in a second-story one bedroom Victorian apartment a few minutes’ walk from any venue in historic St. Augustine, with two balconies and a designated parking spot (!!), a fully equipped kitchen, and a washer and dryer on the premises. Easy to settle in, hard to leave. 」

「We stayed here from Thursday-Sunday. Getting in was easy and parking wasn’t an issue. Inside the unit was very clean and spacious. While we didn’t need a full kitchen, it’s still nice to have the option. Like another review had mentioned, we parked the car and pretty much walked everywhere that we wanted to go. Far enough away from downtown where it’s not super loud, but close enough to not need to drive. We would absolutely stay here again… and plan to. 」

「Great location and very clean. Keep in mind it is an older home so it's got personality! We thoroughly enjoyed the home and would definitely stay again. Very much enjoyed being walking distance from everything. It's a one way street for cars and only a 3min walk from the main street with all the shops and restaurants. You will hear people and cars in the evening but it's not so much that it disturbs you and it doesn't go into all hours of the night. It's actually kind of fun to listen to...
