The property itself is going through repairs, but we were well informed of this before staying. The same is true of many properties at Daytona Beach right now. 「We stayed for 3 nights over the Easter holiday. My 13 year old granddaughters and 14 year old grandson enjoyed the location. The pool was nice and location to restaurants was convenient. The parking lot situation is a problem. Our car was towed as the parking pass was not immediately placed in the car. Only 20 minutes had passed from time of parking till time it was towed. The front desk could inform guests to immediately put pass in car. The tow company said they monitor the lot every 30...

「This is our 3rd year stating at the Spanish main in cocoa beach. While the usual condo we book there was not available, this particular condo was just as great! You can’t beat the location. The beach is amazing. The condo itself was clean and nicely decorated. Its close to everything…. A one hour drive to any Disney park. It truly is the perfect vacation spot. We even were lucky enough to see 2 space x rocket launches. The hosts were great and the condo was amazing. I would highly recommend this...

「Our family spent 2 weeks here. The location is perfect. We spent our days going from the beach to the pool and back again. The neighbors are wonderful and we met so many great people. Our only issue was the AC stopped working during the second week. We spent 4 nights without it, which made sleeping quite uncomfortable.
