We really enjoyed the accommodations and especially loved the cottage we stayed in. It was comfortable and a great place to stay.
Unfortunately, the check-in experience was disappointing. The staff member assisting us seemed unhappy from the moment I approached the desk. The name on my reservation was slightly different from the name on my ID, and I felt like the issue was made much more difficult than it needed to be. A friendlier and more welcoming check-in experience would have made a big difference.
Overall, we enjoyed the property and the cottage, but the check-in process definitely took away from the experience.
