This Downtown Hideaway Was Perfect!! The free parking was just a short walk from the room and we never needed our car until we left. This place was in absolute walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go...the whole historic downtown St. Augustine. The kitchen area has a microwave, coffee maker, sink, and full size refrigerator, plates, bowls, cups, coffee cups and utensils. No stove top/oven for use. There's a little table with chairs inside, as well as a table and chairs outside. It was nice having our breakfast and coffee outside in the mornings. No drawers for clothes, but there was a clothes rack to hang some, and I used the counter top of the work station/make-up vanity to put out the rest of my clothes (I like taking my clothes out of my luggage). I did notice, but didn't need to use, that there was some beach gear available for use; a couple beach chairs, a cooler, and something else it seems like, I can't remember what it was. Bed and pillows were comfortable and the temperature/climate of the room was easy to control and stayed nice as we set it.From time to time we could hear footsteps from the room above us, but it was never a bother.The host, Joe was very nice and answered any questions we had promptly.We would definitely stay here again. Location and amenities were perfect for us.
