「Wife was good .but husband was so bad . we greet to him 'good morning ' but he ignored . I think it's very expensive . it's not comfortable .I can't recommend .」

「When I checked in , I used the toilet which came off its attachment. I notified the manager about it and he asked if I wanted to cancel , I should have taken him up on that. There was no towel rack, unfinished baseboards and an electrical cover that was missing making it unsafe according to housing standards. To make matters worse the manager billed me for damage that I had not done This is a basement unit that needs some work I dont recommend staying here!」

「This place was a more affordable (but still not exactly a bargain!) place to stay right in Banff! You checkin at a fancier hotel down the street and they give you your keys and then you drive over to The Dorthy Motel. It had 2 nice sized beds, a microwave, a small fridge (no freezer area), coffee pot/coffee and a tea kettle. The bathroom had lots of counter space and the shower was great! 「予約時に毎日のハウスキーピング旨記載があったものの、5泊中、一度も掃除が行われた形跡なく、タオル類の交換もなかった(バスタブにわかるようにまとめておいたものが、帰ってきてもそのまま。バスタブも掃除がされていないことが明白)。また、朝晩は1桁前半台にまで気温が下がるのにもかかわらず、エアコンは10月まで夏季期間で使用不可となっていて、とにかく寒かった。アナザーブランケットが部屋に常備との記載にもかかわらず、それも用意されていなかった。滞在中にちょくちょくクレームをいれていたが最後まで改善されず、チェックアウト時にも何の謝罪もなし。毎日戻ってきてから、自分でタオル類を洗濯、部屋の掃除をするはめに。ファシリティはそこそこだが、サービスは最悪と言わざるを得ない。滞在者にはたくさんのルールを強いる一方、ホテルとして料金にインクルードされているなすべきサービスが全くされていない。キャンモアの滞在は、このホテルを除けば全て最高だったため、ホテルの対応が残念でならない。キャンモア...
