「Very clean, with beautiful amenities. Staff were lovely and the food was delicious (filet). The only note I would have for improvement: new shower heads. 😁 」

「I was surprised how the rooms are remodeled and refurnished. Everything looked amazing very clean, very elegant and stylish rooms. I also liked the text message system that let us know that our room was ready earlier than the check-in time. That was very helpful. Also, the checkout was very easy. The hotel looks very elegant. The staff was extremely helpful and attentive. I sent a text from the pool asking for more towels and within five minutes, they brought fresh towels to the pool. Thank you...

「Clean room. The only bad thing was that the Grand Geneva Hotel makes sure to let you know that they are only there to check you in nothing else. We were there for three nights, and nobody ever came to take garbage or anything. 」
