This place made it happen as we mostly stayed in the area relaxing by the pool and beach. Easy access, clean and building staffs we great. 「This is a small condo at a great Location backing onto South Beach with beach beds included. Parking was also a massive plus and inexpensive. It is fit for two people only for a few days that are happy to self cater. Accessible to all local amenities. Good value for what is available at South Beach. Bargain!!」

「The place was very quaint and updated. Sofa was very uncomfortable, it sank in when you sat on it. I am 200 pounds so expected the sofa to be able to hold my wait without sinking in.」

Occasionally we heard loud noises from the AC or other places in the building, but that could be expected staying in a building that size. We picked the property for the great location right across the beach and steps from Atlantic Ave. Given the very reasonable price, I didn’t expect it to be so nice and well-maintained. The grounds are pristine and include grills and picnic tables for guest use. The staff are friendly and very accommodating. There are free beach chairs and umbrellas for guests to borrow. 「It was an excellent vacation. The property is on the water. Everybody in the resort is super friendly and helpful. The property has everything needed for six days. The only recommendation I would make is about the bed and the sheets. The mattress needs cover protection, and the sheets should be fitted. But besides that, everything was great. The owner is super attentive and responded in minutes.」
