Help was pleasant

Room key never works kept having for someone to come and let me in and rekey the card the whole 3 days I stayed trouble closing and getting door to lock put me to far from elevator I walk with a cane had to check in a different building no parking or discounts on parking or number I could call not a safe location

The first room wasn't that clean nor was the bathroom. Our second room was alot better but the bathtub kept clogging up. Also the laundry service didn't work and the hallways were not clean and had a mildew smell

I found parts of the property looking nice other parts not. If you are an Orbitz member you had a separate office to get your room. It was hard to find off the highway. It is located immed North on A!A and 820. The hotel has the name Hollywood Resort Hotel on it not Florida Destination. Great location a block away from the beach.

The property is run down and very poor repair. Cockroaches are expected but the filth evident in the bathrooms is unacceptable. Definitely the worst place I have stayed at in quite some time. Noisy patrons with hallways filled of pot smoke. Only one working elevator out of three! Needs a total renovation or knock it down.

This is by far the worst place I have ever stayed. The hotel is also used as a college dorm and even the students say they are repulsed by the place. There is only one working elevator (out of 3) the hallways are filthy! There is NO parking, we were told to drive to the city hall to buy a city parking permit to park on the street, but street parking was very limited. My advice is DONT STAY HERE!

Expedia picked this hotel for me due to the cost and I excepted. I remember that property back in the early 70s when I lived there they have not changed one thing in it since that time period. It was not clean it was not safe I’d like a refund because I checked out two hours after checking in I did not feel comfortable there.

Old Historic Charming Place that need some help.

Danny in the office was very helpful and responsive, we got a bigger room with amazing view on the 7fl without extra pay. Of course this hotel is very old and need a lot of improvements, but that's why its cost 50$ per night so no complains whatsoever. Rooms old but clean, location unbeatable right on the board walk with a big pool and very big jacuzzi. If you in town for explore the area go to concert and beach, and not to spend all day in your hotel room, then its a great place for a great price.
