"The room is clean, but the first room I moved into had ants in the bathroom. So they moved me to another room. The room they assigned me originally was on the first floor, but it that isnโt the main floor and it is two flights of stairs. There is no elevator. The next room was the first I moved into to with the ants and it was down stairs, less steps but still no convenient especially with 2 heavy bags. The third room was still in the basement area rooms (street level supposedly) but no exits except emergency ones on that level.
They do not serve English Breakfast as they advertise. They do provide a meal token with a restaurant down the street. That restaurant doesnโt open until 11:30. I guess they will open earlier if they have enough customers coming early. I had to wait until after 11:30. They will serve you lunch or breakfast, but you have to ask for the breakfast. The restaurant was a good Italian Restaurant called Little Napoli Pizza Restaurant.
Overall the place is decent and affordable, but far from luxurious. It is close to public transportation and a short walk/bus ride to the rail station. The staff was friendly. I feel I am being generous by giving them 3 stars."
