「This apartment worked out great for our family trip! 5 minute walk to the closest tube station, washing machine (no dryer) with outdoor patio to dry clothes. Because it is located on the ground floor- it was nice and cool during an unusual heat wave for London! Steve was very responsive and tried hard to accommodate all of our needs/requests- even letting us arrive early so we could store our bags! All in all a great stay!」

「Nice apartment and good location. However the second bedroom was not presented as it was in the photos. In the photographs it shows a double bed with bedside tables and lamps either side of the bed. In reality the double bed is pushed up against a wall and there was no bedside tables or lamps. 」

「This place was quite large with a living room that had a nice dining table, full kitchen, next level had two bathrooms, a large room with 2 full beds and lots of storage, and 3 rd level with two twins and a full- great for a large family! 「The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for quick trip to see the sights of London. We were a family of 4 on a budget and this apartment worked beautifully. It had everything we needed including a few tea bags, instant coffee and sugar. Not to mention shampoo, body wash and dish soap all nicely labeled. We arrived late in the evening but the host was easy and quick to respond with details on how to get in. Very secure, because it is the city. There is a gas station that’s right...

「I have to say for a short stay it’s convenient. It’s a place to sleep and shower. We were out for most of the time. It’s cozy and cute and economical for a quick stay. We kept on having issues with the toilet and on the 2nd day the wifi network randomly disappeared, we were no longer connected nor could we find the network. Being that we are not from the UK we rely a little more on wifi so that was a bit inconvenient. When we had issues with the toilet Clarissa sent someone to fix it quickly...

"８月宿泊です。まず、第一に、交通の便が良く、ほんとに助かりました。市内観光に、ホテルからすぐのバス停をよく使いました。地下鉄駅も徒歩圏内でよかったです。部屋はドライヤーなし、エアコンなしでした。扇風機があったので髪はそれで乾かせました。ドライヤーは、フロントで借りてる人がいました。部屋はまあまあ。寮みたいでした。その他、朝食が充実していました。手頃な値段で、ロンドンに行く人にぜひおすすめしたいです。"

"We stayed here for our wedding photo shoot. The receptionist was very kind, and the room was clean and comfortable. Since it was a special occasion, perhaps they even upgraded our room? We had a partial view of Tower Bridge from the room, which made our stay even more special. Although London Bridge Station is a bit of a walk, it’s manageable, especially if you're sightseeing along the way. If you have heavy luggage or a large suitcase, it might be a bit of a challenge, but overall we had a wonderful time at this lovely hotel. Thank you very much!"
