「LOCATION and overall size of this condo made it a perfect spot for our family anniversary celebration. Having the pool close by and the beach within walking distance was just what we wanted. 「We were very impressed with the condo in Poipu. The location is excellent. It literally is a 5 minute walk to the beach and there are walking paths everywhere to enjoy. 「The property was as good as advertised with the view of the ocean being the most spectacular feature. There were three items that detracted from our stay. The AC needs updating. The bedrooms upstairs were too warm during the day and the first half of the night. The TV in the primary bedroom is very frustrating to use. 「We stayed at this property for a week and enjoyed every minute. It was wonderful to come back from a day of sightseeing to such a calm and beautiful home. The patio was one of our favorite spots. 「My family and I, all adults, stayed at this stunning villa for 5 days. We had an amazing time, the living space and many terraces are great, fully stocked kitchen and the bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and great. I was on crutches recovering from surgery and the elevator to the suite as well as the pool and gym were great. Proximity to beaches, parking and all of the visitor information was great. 「Spacious, clean, great kitchen, great layout, laundry machines inside. Well sound proofed. We never heard the neighbors. I recommend. It was a little bit of a walk to the swimming pool but that was fine for us. Once you got there, the hot tub was large with plenty of room. There is a helpful binder in the room with info about the facility and nearby restaurants etc. I suggest adding a map to the swimming pool and beach. One beach umbrella was funky, the other broken. 「海に面しており、岩に砕ける波の音で眠れないほどです笑。景色、特にサンセットは秀逸です。プール下の海には海亀がいました。施設は古いので、不潔ではないですがそれなりの劣化はあるので、承知して泊まることをお勧めします。1番困ったのはフロント対応が土日全くの不在ということです。連絡先は教えてくれますが、英語に不慣れなものには不便極まりなかったです。けど、フロントの方は親切です。ポイプビーチには歩いていけます。ちなみに、プールは深く、ほとんど足がつかないので、子供には不向きです。また照明設備がないのでプールは日没でクローズでした。」
