「Very clean and comfortable. Easy to find. 」

「The location was too far to walk to the old town area. It was clean and we appreciated the large coach and dining table. The bedrooms were small and the large beds (comfy) did not allow for side tables. It made charging all of our devices challenging. All in all a satisfactory experience for the price. Arvada is a neat area!」

「This house was perfect for us! We attended 2 nights at the Cervantes Ballroom and were able to walk to and from venue which was a bonus. Felt safe in the neighborhood, there was plenty of free street parking in front of home. House was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed.」
