「I wasn’t given a room with a bathtub as requested. I had to go back down to the desk. She changed the room but the key didn’t work because she wrote the wrong room number on the card. Back down to the desk again to find the right room number. Very friendly but not very good first impression. I also wasn’t made aware when I booked the hotel that there would be a fairly large security deposit at check-in. 」

The parking needs to be monitored a little better, looked as if 2 cars may have had people sleeping in their cars.」
