「Great place to stay 」

「I really wanted to give this hotel five stars because the breakfast every morning was perfect. The hot tub was amazing, the staff very friendly and helpful, and we loved everything about the room. However, unfortunately, after staying for five nights, we realized that we both developed extreme itching from bites/rash of some kind all over our legs after sleeping in the bed so I believe they need to investigate what that might be and maybe make sure the bedding is being changed properly. 」

「The room is very comfortable and clean. Even though I offered the airport shuttle in early morning, the shuttle came on time and arrived at the airport earlier than I expected.」

「room was filthy upon check in- pillows had head prints but made, trash in bathroom, carpet had not been vacuumed, empty plastic cups on night stand. Hotel insisted it had been cleaned and I forced them to come up and look for themselves. Then when we put the kids to bed in the pull out couch, the bed was unmade. I went down to front desk and they said they don't have enough sheets to make the pull outs and housekeeping leaves at 2 PM so I could make the bed myself. Sheets and pillows were...

「The room was exceptionally clean, and we were delighted with all the thoughtful details. The gentleman at the front desk was highly professional and greeted us with a warm smile. All the families in our group has great comments as well. This is easily one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at this year during our many trips. Highly recommended!」

「The room was very clean, and so large for a hotel room. Two queen beds plus a sleeper couch. TV was a great size - big enough to see from every angle. Loved having a kitchen to eat in when desired, even a dishwasher and a real fridge! Plenty of storage if you wanted to unpack. Great stay and will use Home2 again!」
