"Pros - clean room, friendly staff (helpful when I had booked twice by accident, provided suggestions for activities), parking was great, area of town was good, and things to do within walking distance. Target nearby for essentials. Cons - Pool was closed for repairs. Hot breakfast was bland but did have variety for waffles, cereal, and yogurt/muffins. Traffic was noisy on the interstate/highway side. Overall - I would stay here again but ask for a quieter room :)"

"The bed was clean, that was about it. Im not sure there wasnt poop or blood in my on the walls it smelled odd. Literal drugs was dropped infront of my kids room. Nothing worked the pool and hot tub has a brown stain atound the top of the water line... one of our rooms was missing a coffee pot.The breakfast was good. "

"Breakfast was OK, but the second morning it was unattended. There was no juice at all, only water, and there was no syrup for the pancakes. They looked good but I had to toss them without syrup. The first night I stayed, the heat did not work at all and it was pretty cold all night. The next morning, the front desk attendant adjusted it and then it worked OK. Overall, not too happy. Will re-think staying at a Wingate Hotel."

"The Pros: Everything was clean. The building is beautiful. The staff is friendly. The restaurant had good food. The bar had good drinks. I never heard any noise at night, so I'd assume the walls have good sound insulation. The Cons: The bed felt like sleeping on a wooden plank. The most uncomfortable hotel bed I have ever slept on. The breakfast was mediocre. There was an extra daily charge for parking. Overall, for the price range of this hotel, I expected better. It doesn't really matter how pretty a hotel building is if you can't get decent sleep. "
