息をのむような3エーカーの私有地は、「もっと」を必要とする人々に提供されています。 プロパティは、2つの大きな馬のプロパティの間に位置し、デンバーテクノロジカルセンター（DTC）からわずか2マイル、ダウンタウンまで15分です。 この家には、9,000平方フィートのリビングスペース、6つのベッドルーム、7つのバスルーム、4つの暖炉、20席のステートオブザアートシアターがあり、すべてハイライン運河（60マイルの散歩/自転車道）に支えられています。

自宅でイベントを開催することについてよく聞かれます。 宿泊施設のゲストの数を30人に制限したいと思います。 結婚披露宴の開催に興味はありません。

House is just what we needed. Had a bunch of family fly in for my daughter’s wedding and this home did not disappoint. It’s exactly (if not better) than the description. A lot of places leave out some items but not here. Our stay was amazing and if I ever need another place to sleep many people in Denver, I’m choosing this house again. Thank you Jim!

Great home with plenty of space. Kitchen has a lot of tableware, dishes, glasses, cooking pans, and great appliances. There is a green space that abuts the rear property line for hiking or biking. The house is fabulous. The owner very responsive and kind!

This house is absolutely stunning and has everything you need for a fun week or weekend with family. It’s such a big, beautiful house with classy furniture and decor and very comfortable beds. The master bedroom and bathroom are truly a work of art. My family and I had such a good time staying here and everyone was comfortable. The upper/main floor is so spacious and has plenty of room for everyone to hang out, but the basement is the real showstopper - a pool table, movie theater, and little kitchen for all your party needs. Jim is the best host I’ve ever had - he is a real class act guy. He responded to all of my questions before the stay and was extremely helpful when we had an issue come up (not relating to or the fault of him or the house, but an emergency on our side). I highly recommend choosing this place and choosing Jim for your stay - I was beyond impressed.

Amazing!

Our group of 18 were in town for my daughter’s wedding and we wanted a place for immediate family. This home was incredible! Everyone had a very comfortable bed and a place to escape if you needed a minute. There was more than enough pillows, blankets, dishes, seating, etc. It was very clean and exactly as advertised. There were miles ipon miles of hiking/bike trails behind the property wirh multiple bikes available. We will rent this house again!
