"My stay was frustrating from start to finish. The first room had ants all over, so I had to switch. The second room had a broken AC and the temperature climbed to around 80 degrees, making it very uncomfortable. On top of that, the in-room phone didn’t work for calling the front desk or any hotel extensions, and I confirmed with staff that this was the case in all rooms, so I had to go downstairs each time there was an issue. I also requested a wake-up call from the front desk, which never came. Overall, not a good experience."

"The Air Conditioner was not working and the room was very hot. I notified the front desk and about an hour later, someone arrived with a fan. I was told that the air conditioner "tower" was down and they were awaiting a repair. Also, why the shower glass has a porthole window in it is beyond me. Every time we took a shower water would spray outside into the bathroom."

"Stayed here with my partner for my first time in Denver. This hotel really made our trip. Staff was immensely friendly and helpful with navigating checking in after a delayed flight and getting into Denver in the middle of the night. Room was lovely and clean with housekeeping on top of cleaning our room every day of our stay. I cannot emphasize enough how lovely the staff here are. The hotel itself was in a great location with easy access to 16th St Mall and close to so many places in downtown. We got breakfast at the buffet twice because the food was amazing and the staff were so friendly and kind. Will 100% be coming back in the future!!"
