The rooms are clean and the staff was so friendly! Breakfast was great with some things alternating for fresh options day to day. My only regret is that we were at the end of a very long hallway and did not receive housekeeping services multiple days because they had not reached our room by the time we came back in the afternoon. However, when asked for extra towels and for them to take the soiled ones, the housekeepers were very accommodating. It is an extremely large property, so maybe they need more housekeeping staff.

Appears to be recently renovated inside, great for work trips, very polite staff, and perfect proximity to Red Rocks, The Fort Restaurant and the mountains. The negatives centered around the bathroom- there was very inconsistent hot water and the shower did not drain sufficiently so we had to constantly turn the faucet on and off as to not overflow the shower. We raised these issues with the staff and they submitted a ticket to their maintenance team. We were informed the water temperature varies depending on guest capacity and proximity to boiler.
