「Room was booked for 3 guests. Only two bath towels in the room, no bath mat, no hand towel or wash clothes. One bed didn't even have a blanket on it - just sheets. One sheet had a cigarette burn hole (non-smoking room). Toilet lid hinge was broken. I wasn't expecting much, and just needed a place to sleep for one night, but basic amenities were lacking.」

「No hot water, one of the receptionists was very rude. The door keys have to be physically reprogrammed at the door almost every time.」
