Red Rocks Weekend

This property was beautifully decorated and we all felt right at home. It was even better than the pictures and the description online. The rooftop deck had amazing views. We will definitely stay again.

Beautiful townhome!

Long weekend in Denver with family for an annual vacation and this home was a dream! Very clean, beautifully decorated and Laura didn’t miss a thing! Would recommend anyone to stay here in a heartbeat!

Great spot for a work trip

My colleagues and I loved staying here; we all had enough space without feeling like we were on top of each other. The space was incredibly clean, there were snacks provided and the host was incredibly responsive. The area is cute and very accessible.

Home as 5 stars Hotel

I can't complain with anything, because everything is so good, perfect and convenient. In short, this is a vacation home to stay for a short trip but its cozy as home and very luxurious like 5 stars hotels.

Englewood Townhouse

We have stayed here multiple times and love the location. We consider it our home away from home when we are in Denver, at least twice a year. The condo is very clean, well stocked and the owner if very accessible and helpful. We will definitely be back.

Perfect location

Perfect spot for 3 couples. Walked to restaurants, gas station, liquor store. Easy to take a ride share and be 20 minutes from everywhere we wanted to go (rockies game, redrocks amphitheater, and Denver airport).

Incredible stay for for daughter’s wedding week

Have rented this townhome once before…had to stay here again because it is so beautiful, warm and comfortable! Six adults stayed for a wedding week—spent time cooking in the fully equipped kitchen which has everything you could ever ask! The beds are comfortable, linens are highest quality and the home has anything you can think of! The evening rooftop view of the sunset over the mountains can’t be beat. Such a perfect place. Such an accommodating and perfect host as well! Highly recommend this home for your stay in Denver!

Colorado Wedding

A great place to stay! We were in Colorado with our family for a wedding. We had plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. Loved that restaurants were within walking distance! Roof top was amazing. Wished we had more down time to enjoy it! Thank you Laura for the hospitality!

Home Away From Home

My husband and I came from Ca to visit our daughter at DU. We were so glad that we rented this beautiful town house! Cold temps and snow kept us inside but we were so comfy together hanging out in the living room. We really appreciated the garage and close proximity to DU and so many restaurants. We will definitely stay here again!

Englewood Townhouse

This is our third stay at this townhouse and it is our "go to" when we travel to the Denver area to visit family. It is close to good restaurants, parks, grocery stores, and has great mountain views. The host is fantastic also and provided a lot of good information and assistance. We will definitely be back!

Great Stay and Experience

Our stay at Laura’s rental was perfect. We have stayed in many rental properties and we added this to our top ten list. Laura provides many extras that you don’t necessarily find which make a huge difference in feeling at home during your stay. This was the perfect place to spend the holidays with our family. Already planning our next visit and will definitely arrange to stay here again. Laura was so helpful and a pleasure to deal with.

A MUST Stay in Denver

We spent President's weekend in Denver to visit out son. The property couldn't NOT have been better and made our stay so enjoyable. Spotless, comfortable, and such a personal space to spend time in. Everyone in our family loved it. We will definitely be coming back to Denver and hopefully be able to stay here again. Such a wonderful property!

Beautiful spacious townhome

My husband and I travel a lot for many reasons. I must say not only was this place beautiful they had it very well stocked. It was so convenient to have things like coffee, sugar utensils, etc. they even had snacks waiting for us upon arrival. The host was wonderful And was very prompt with any questions that I had to ask. Thank you so much for a wonderful day.

Roomy Townhouse

We were finishing up our Colorado visit in Denver. We wanted a 3 bedroom property. This townhouse matched our needs. It was very large and comfortable. It was also very beautifully decorated! The location was about 10 miles outside of downtown Denver. The commute into the city was easy. Laura was very responsive to my questions. I would definitely recommend staying at this property.

Gorgeous property and perfect stay

Everything about our stay was perfect, from the location, to the gorgeous interior which was spotlessly clean, to Laura who was a wonderful communicator and excellent host. We loved the decor and the thoughtful touches like the snacks and drinks greeting us and the personal card welcoming us. The rooftop deck was a real treat and we loved spending time up there in the mornings and at sunset. The beds were very comfortable and we loved having our own bathrooms for each bedroom. We wish we could have stayed longer and would stay again in a heartbeat. Definitely one of the top 2 rental properties we’ve ever stayed at. 5+ stars!

Beautiful and spacious townhouse

All the amenities nearby - restaurants, liquor store, Supermarket, 711. Modern, spacious and clean. Rooftop deck is a bonus. All the condiments and drinks in the fridge also much appreciated. The street is busier than expected- maybe the construction a block up…. Front bedroom gets a little road noise. Overall great. Recommend

Wow! Just Wow!

I have stayed at MANY rental properties, and this one hands down is in my top two! The property is clean, comfortable, well decorated, and is just overall top notch. The owner made sure to provide luxury touches such as the bed sheets and towels to provide that cozy/luxurious vibe. My family was in town to visit my sister who is a patient at Craig Hospital. While I don’t wish this experience on anyone, if you find yourself in the situation of needing to be close to Craig Rehab or Swedish Hospital, look no further! The house was walking distance to both, which made it very convenient for my family to spend time with my sister. The local area restaurants are delicious and provide several options to pick from for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Overall, I can’t say enough wonderful things about this property and the sweet, compassionate owner. 12/10 recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful townhome in great location!

This property is better than advertised! The pictures are accurate but can’t capture all the loving details Laura put into decorating this townhome. Every day we were there I’d look around and find another candle or pillow or vase that was so perfect for the decor. There’s even a printer we used to print our boarding passes for our flight back home. Laura had all the supplies we needed. We only had to buy food. All the furniture and beds are very comfortable (the towels and bed linens were exceptional). We made good use of the rooftop deck which has abundant furniture, a grill, and a breathtaking view. We enjoyed several of the restaurants within walking distance, especially Cochino Taco next door, Pino’s Pizza, and the Caribou Coffeehouse. This location south of Denver made it easy for us to visit downtown Denver, Coors Brewery, Lookout Mountain, Royal Gorge, Pike’s Peak, and TopGolf. Laura is a lovely host. We got to meet her the day we arrived. She very much wants you to enjoy your stay and is instantly accessible by texting. We give this property the highest rating possible! I’d love to go back some day and skip all the sightseeing and just stay in this lovely home in this nice neighborhood with the great view of the Rockies!
