"Air conditioning is undersized for the room size but the weather during our stay was not oppressive. Even when closing the bedroom door (which is where the A/C unit is located) the bedroom would not cool down to where I normally would like it. I do like it cooler. This would not impact my decision to stay here again, in Maine. It would if it were located in South Carolina in the summer…….. Other than this the property was great as was the staff."
