"This little surf studio was the perfect place to call home for 2-3 weeks here in Leucadia during the summer. Margaret and her family were very hospitable and kept me hydrated with continuous refills of fresh water. The space was more than ideal for an in-the-flow lifestyle with close proximity to some great surf breaks and even better post surf coffee. I probably wouldn't have left if I didn't have to ;)... "This is an amazing property! Its in an incredible location and the owner even provided a pass to Torrey Pines State Park. The house is beautifully furnished. It comes with access to the two car garage for direct and easy entry into the house. We will definitely be back to stay again. For those traveling with elderly there are stairs to get to the bedrooms. It was not an issue for my elderly parents that stayed with us. "

"You cannot get any closer to Fletcher Cove than this property. In 90 seconds you can be at the park and in less than 4 minutes, you're in the water. The unit had a great kitchen and we especially loved the Brita pitcher in the fridge. We've always had to buy water, so it was a nice touch. The closet and dresser fit all our clothes.
