「We enjoyed our stay at Catch a View. The home was clean, comfortable and well stocked. We spent most of our time on the back porch enjoying the sun rises, sunsets and all the hours in between. 「It was very nice. We loved the pool and the close proximity to the beach. The house was very well laid out and accommodated all of us nicely. The kitchen was very well equipped. Overall it was very clean. On. Personal note the dining table was a bit small and we prefer regular chairs to the bar type stools. A couple of us has arthritis and getting on and off the chairs was a at times difficult. But that is the only thing (and it’s not even a big thing) that I might think about altering. Thank...

「This is our 4th trip to Surfs Up, has never failed to deliver everything as described in listing. Becky is the nicest and easiest person to deal with on any problem or issues that may come up. We love this cottage, from cleanliness to comfort. Great layout with walls of windows to enjoy the ocean views. Our very favorite is large covered porch where we sit frequently watching the water and beach or having morning coffee, and eat lunch. We highly recommend this property!! Hope to return next...

「This house was the perfect place to spend our 2 weeks at the most beautiful beach on the east coast. We love Topsail for so many reasons and the location of this house was great for anyone who wants to just get away and forget the real world for awhile.」

Be aware that this is a duplex, which means that you will have next door neighbors out on the balcony next to you, and you will need to share the parking area. Overall, a great beach vacation rental! 「The location of this property is amazing the beach house is right on the beach! We had 10 people stay there for a week and it was more than enough space. We were close to grocery store no more than 15 min away. I do think that the walk way to the beach could be trimmed up a little there was some over growing plants that could be cut that's it.
