We absolutely loved the private onsen in our room. Staff was very helpful in ordering a cab to the train station. I would skip the full board dinners in favor of supporting the local businesses!

This place was absolutely wonderful! My first time experiencing an onsen and it was amazing. The shuttle pick up and drop off from the train station was great. The welcoming staff at check in/check out. The room I selected was AMAZING!! So serene and quiet. I got the private bath with my room, and boy was it relaxing. The halfboard/dinner and breakfast was AMAZING!! The food was soooo fresh and delicious. Do note, that it is further away from most of the attractions in the area, so if youo...

Top Notch facility. Excellent buffet, in which they came up with innovated ways and controls due to the COVID situation. Staff eager to help with anything. Location was nice as it was right on the river. Plan to go back during the Spring or early summer as scenery is spectacular.

One of the best hostels have stayed at. Very clean, modern, beautiful kitchen. Great staff. However, there are challenges if you do not have a car. The distance to the train station going into the city is really quite a walk. Taxis are not always available. So I advise you MUST make arrangements for staff to pick you up at the train station and you must make arrangements at least one day in advance. They need to arrange to have an extra person on staff in order to be able to pick you up. There...

Super relaxing and tranquil hotel. We enjoyed our private onsen and were very happy with our room. The futon is not for us as we learned after our first night. Was too hard. So just be aware of that. Otherwise perfect. We happily would come back.
