The hotel and its location is quite good. The rooms are average in size. Where the hotel has issues with hot water and the condition of the room was very old, dated and not up to Japanese standards

このたびは大変お世話になりました。スタッフの皆さまは、とても親切で楽しい旅行になりました。観光地の情報なども丁寧に対応して頂き本当に感謝いたしました。窓からの眺めも良かったです。ただ今まで各地で利用したルートインの中でも、今回はモーニングのお料理の品数が少なく、その点だけは残念でした。

禁煙室がたばこ臭かった。満室で部屋交換不可、自分でリセッシュと空気清浄機で対応するように言われた。あえて駅前ではなく禁煙室のあるこのホテルを選んだのに全く意味がなかった。

ルートイン渋川　せっかく良い部屋でしたが、途中、喫煙室に変更してしまい、そのままにしておけば、ベットも大きかつたのです。変更しなければ良かったと、後悔してますが、お陰様で、無事に旅行できました。日曜日でレストランが休みなのが残念です。
