「Very clean. Just needed a place to sleep as I was on business. Very surprised and disappointed there was no basic cable. Hot water for shower was an issue. Very clean place though」

「Check-In time posted on Hotels.com was different than what the Villa stated. Villa looked like pictures posted. Pool wasn’t cleaned but there was a net for guest to clean it.」

「This is a quiet little place that was perfect for us. Didn’t really need to bring anything it is all provided. Not really walking distance to the beach but a very short car ride. We really enjoyed our stay.」

「Buena ubicación,」

「The Banyon was comfortable and in an off-the-beaten path location. We loved the little beach at the end of the street. Perfect for fishing and paddling.」

「Host was very communicative from the beginning. Home is clean & beautiful. Yes there is a slight smoke smell, but 1) it’s not as bad as the reviews make it, I believe people over exaggerated about it and 2) it’s in the front porch area which is the designated smoking area. Overall 10/10, will be booking again in the future」

「This apartment was very clean and comfortable. Perfect for a business traveler on a budget.」

「Nice little place. Quick walk to the beach. They have nice beach chairs and accessories for you to use which was great!」

「Could use more towels for our stay」

「Property was clean, I thought had all the amenities plus some for the size. Had a beach umbrella in closet that did not know about and used it all week on the beach. Super close and easy to get to all beaches and to the highway to adventure to Clearwater or Tampa. Loved it. Perfect for me and the wife.」
