「The neighborhood was so quiet and close to all the great beaches. The home was decorated beautifully and was very comfortable and clean. I dropped a few pieces of clean clothing whiledoing laundry the night before our flight, and the owners took the time to leave them on our porch very early the morning of our departure! Perfect property with great owners, we will definitely stay again! 」

「Communication was great. Parking was easy, the area was nice. Room was simple, clean but had a musty wet basement smell….. the smell lingered into our clothing. They need to install a humidifier or something similar to take the moisture out of the room. They had a air wick plug in hanging from random cord from the wall which was not only a fire hazard but it didn’t really help to cover up the smell. 」

「A peaceful, unforgettable stay!I had such a wonderful time at Aqua Vista Studio. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming, they truly made me feel right at home. The view right outside your door was absolutely beautiful, and I even got to see dolphins and a stingray right from the property! I also caught a few fish, which made the experience even more special. The sunsets were breathtaking every evening. The space itself was perfect spacious with a big private kitchen and comfortable...

「My husband and I took a quick 4 day trip to the area. We’ve been coming to this area for years with our kids and still now as empty nesters. The Casita met our needs to a tee. The pictures online were to a tee in person as well. It was clean and so charming. Wendy the property manager kept in contact with us through out the stay and was quick to respond to our messages from beginning to end. I would highly recommend the casita. 「From Brian—Loved my stay. Very easy walk to the art district. You could spend a week exploring all the nearby shops. As for the unit, it’s the little things that matter—plenty of outlets for multiple electronics, a shower head at the appropriate height for tall people, and Chris was easy to work with. I would definitely stay again.」
