Host did not respond to two emails, never provided access information. VRBO tried to contact her twice by phone, no answer. Ended up refunding me and providing an extra credit to use for a rebook - but nothing was available for the timeframe I was down here in St Pete; fortunately I was able to stay with friends, but that should Not have happened. Poor service from the host. Great service from VRBO, but no help due to the events going on in town so no availability.

This was the PERFECT place for us to have a little staycation! The place has a very homey/relaxing vibe. Nice part is we are close to the beach as well. The Host was amazing at communicating everything with us. Would love to stay again next time we come to st Pete!

Studio apartment was very comfortable and clean (only place that needs dusting was under the bathroom cabinet). The studio didn’t have any dog smell which is a plus, since it’s pet friendly. It has all the basic amenities, felt like I was in a hotel. Walking distance to Sunset Park to see the sunset, beach, restaurants, and much more. Definitely will come back.

We’re impressed! You would need to drive to get where you need/want to go, but they are all close by. It is a great place to wind down!

Terrible experience

I placed a booking for this property and the host messaged me saying that it was not available. The host has stopped responding to my messages and marked the booking as completed instead of canceling it. So I was charged for something that was unavailable. Thankfully I have saved the messages but now I need to wait for VRBO to rectify this. This is the first time I have every left a negative review for someone but I do not want others to go through this too with this property.

Very clean and conveniently located. A little bit bigger table and chairs to sit at might be nice if looking to remodel down the road sometime. We are tall people and the chairs weren't really comfortable to sit and eat breakfast at.

We enjoyed our stay! It was a lovely place with a very comfortable bed and functional kitchenette. The host was great and quick to reply to my messages. Finding and parking was easy. The bath mat could be replaced and the toilet did not always flush, but otherwise, great stay!

Great room!

Large room with small kitchenette and bathroom off the side. Parking is enough for 2 cars. Very clean with all essentials required, extremely close to beach and in nice neighborhood. Would stay here again.

Garage studio

On arrival the access is from an alley behind what appears to be a vacant house. Attention to Landscaping is poor , windows of attached main house are covered leaving the impression of an abandoned home. The manager / host should have refunded some or all of my payment in particular because I took the time to explain my reasons for not staying there. Other posts suggest it’s a walkable location, this is misleading. There are no restaurants or shops for several miles. The interior space was clean- but the interior dead bolt door giving access to main home, along with exterior conditions left me doubtful of a restful night.
