「First impression of the home was disappointing, the property is not maintain, the grounds/lawn is over grown with weeds and trash, no garden, the garbage can was full of trash and the house is old. The inside is very nice with newer appliances, flat screen TVs, nice bedding and a very comfortable bed, bathroom was clean, the living room was clean but had an old couch. 「We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The hosts were attentive and stocked the apt. with a starter of supplies. It was nice to come back and relax inside or on the balcony. It's only a couple of blocks to the ocean and on the quieter side of the beach. We would definitely recommend staying here as it is very nice inside and safe to walk at any time of the day or night. If you have the time and like walking, this property is next to really nice neighborhoods. Publix is across the bay...
