「Cute, clean little gem of a place, perfect location. Right in the heart of St John’s pass behind the shops, but so quiet you wouldn’t even know it. Nice outdoor seating area in back, right on the water. We didn’t use the kitchen, but it looked like it had everything needed, with nice new renovation. Walk to beach access across the main road, walk to all the shops and marina of John’s Pass, while everyone else fights over the pay parking spaces. Towels and beach chairs provided. Assigned...

「Of all the VRBOs we have stayed in, our hosts here were the BEST communicators we have ever experienced! They replied quickly, were helpful, even offered an early check-in and late check-out! We asked for two larger beach chairs and they were on our doorstep within hours! The Pelican #5 had two A/C units which made both the bedroom and living area comfortable. Everything was very clean. The location can’t be beat! Quick walk to the beach and to the fun spots at John’s Pass! We highly recommend...

「Great location, next to a cute lake and coffee shop Loved the interior and exterior! So cutely decorated and clean. The outside has such a cute sitting area that we wished we could of used, but it rained most our trip It is street parking so you’re not always guaranteed a spot but we were always able to park in the neighborhood and within a close walk Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!」

The studio was spacious with plenty of space between the bed and the couch; the king sized bed had motion activated lights underneath, so that every time you get on or off the bed, the lights turn on. The kitchen had literally everything you might need to cook with. The shower was spacious, and the rainfall shower head was a pleasant bonus. 「Very nice host who was quick to answer when messaged. The apartment is attached to a house but, has its own entrance. We didn't hear them at all while we were there and hope we didn't desterb them at all. Over all was a great experience.」
