「We enjoyed our stay. The property manager was always fast to reply. The Murphy bed was surprisingly comfortable and we are used to sleeping on a King size bed. It’s only 5 minutes or less from a few decent casinos and only 10 minutes from the strip. We have traveled to many condos/resorts/etc. This one is very nice for the very fair price.」

「The condo was perfect for a couple, it had everything you need for a comfortable stay. We bought coffee and breakfast items so that we didn't have to go out in the morning if we didn't want to. The best part was the location, Lake Las Vegas is a beautiful relaxing area. The condo was a bit outdated but still comfortable and affordable. The check-in and check-out process was very easy. I would stay here again.」

「This hotel is a favorite of our family and this was our third stay. This time, however, it was the worst. At around 10:30 p.m., after the kids had gone to bed, the emergency alarm kept going off and we heard the announcement to take the stairs for emergency evacuation. We waited in our room for a while to see what was going on, but there was no sign of the staff coming to explain anything, so we carried my 7 and 4 year old children down the stairs from the 10th floor. 「Walls and carpet dingy but acceptable. Newly renovated Poker room closed Mon thru Thurs. Had a 2 inch beetle crawl up my leg in poker room. Tip Top pizza closed whenever they want, not like the sign said . Friendly staff. People walking dogs allowed in hotel. Not the place for me in the future.」

「The hotel looks modern from the outside, the front desk staff is professional, but when you get your room card and go to the room you will find that the hallway is dirty, food crumbs and garbage are everywhere, the same is true in the room, the carpet is dirty and there are no slippers in the room, I would say this is not even as clean as the motels I have stayed in, don't be deceived by its appearance!!!」

「I never got to stay at the property. The host never sent checkin instructions, and VRBO has not processed my refund after multiple calls stating my issues.」

「We had such a nice stay at this house! It was large enough for our group of nine adults, and it was nice having a “home base” to come back to away from the craziness of the strip. Sanh was always extremely responsive and we never had any issues. It was also so nice having a clean/warmed pool. Would definitely recommend this property.」
