シーゲート ビレッジ ホテル

「PLEASE read entirely!!! My low rating comes from the response I received from the front desk. My stay was compromised by my back pain after loading the lobby cart & finding out (1) the elevators aren't working. I'm honestly too tired to drive back to the receptions bldg. A 3 flight climb. The following morning as I was leaving for lunch (2) well fed raccoons jumped out of a trash receptacle. (3) This was bldg (H) of The Holiday Inn south beach vacations of Myrtle Beach had a flooding issue...

「It was a nice beach front hotel. Only one elevator worked.」

「Very nice.」

「Our room was very clean, quite and comfort.」

「Came down for Fall Rally. Hotel was close to everything and fairly priced. There was a leak from the tub through the wall that soaked the carpet. Breakfast could of been a little better.」

「The room had roaches. I asked him to come and clean or spray no one ever did.!! I asked for blankets. Never got them.!! The door handles on the doors were broken and it would lock you out of your room. I asked them to fix them. They never came. They said since I booked through Expedia, they couldn’t give me any accommodation for that they could feed me breakfast. That was all they could do. Unfortunately, I had already ate breakfast. When I first got there, they sent me to the wrong tower in the...

「Amazing stay overall. The only downfall is I’m allergic to digs and cats and didn’t know it was a pet friendly hotel.」

「We take a small family trip to the beach」

「A very nice & reasonable hotel. Love our beach views room ‼️」

「The room was not clean, stains on walls, floors dirty, I had to wipe down spill juice marks off of headboard. The sheets were old to where my daughter was complaining it was itchy and pokey. Constant knocking sound from wall possibly pipes issue. Walls very thin, can hear noise from other rooms such as TV, walking upstairs and cars driving down the road at night. I stayed 4 nights, asked if I can get new towels and linens after night 2. They said linens only after 4 nights, I said I leave on...

「We were greeted by a very pleasant young man at check-in, and the process was smooth. Unfortunately, our experience in Room 408 was extremely disappointing. As soon as we entered, we were hit with a strong mildew/mold odor. The room was clearly not clean. The refrigerator and stove were dirty, the floor had not been properly swept, there was hair on the floor, and the area under the Murphy bed was filthy. The bathtub faucet was hanging from the wall, the bathroom door would not close properly,...

「View was gorgeous! Room was comfortable. Enjoyed our stay very much.」

「When I got to my room their was a big cockroach in the sink and a baby crawling on the floor.」

「Love the location and convenience. Our room had a musty smell and the staff quickly came and sprayed.」
