"This spot was dang near perfect. The room was beautiful and easy to access. The staff was super responsive and helpful when we had a little trouble getting our check in and door info. Excellent water pressure in the shower. Relatively comfortable bed. Smart tv so we could wind down to our favorite shows after a long day. The only small hang up is the A/C in the room was finnicky and didn’t work too well but fortunately it was pretty cool while we were in Porto so sleeping with the windows open...

"It would have been nice if someone could have shown us where the apartment was and how to get in. The apartment itself was great, could have used a box of tissues but otherwise had everything we needed and the location was amazing with a great little balcony. Breakfast was terrible, they couldn’t turn the tables over quick enough for the number of guests staying at the hotel, one morning there was no coffee or juice. "

"The hotel was in.a good área the room size was great the bed and pillows very comfortable. You have tea or coffee everyday, water machine in the lobby a nice bar with a very knowledgeable bartender. I truly enjoyed every minute of my stay."

"The place is reasonably quiet even though our room is facing the street and is only on the second level. Our suite is big with a square dining table and a big couch. Kitchen is decently equipped. Two minor issue we have, the front door lock is trickly to unlock, and the room is dark even with all the lights turned on."

"This hotel is just incredible! Everything about it is top class but none more so than their staff. They are the best hotel staff I have ever known. They couldn’t do enough for you, especially the two Ines’. They were an absolute credit to the hotel and you could tell how much they loved working there. They were so helpful and knowledgeable and so personable. The location is great, a short walk to most attractions and the shops. The indoor/outdoor pool is such a lovely bonus to have in a city hotel. We ate in their restaurant a few times and that was lovely, Thassia was fab! The guys who greeted us (sorry I didn’t get their names) and took our bags were also so kind. The decor of this hotel is beautiful and modern. I can’t say enough positive comments about this place. Thank you for a great stay. Book it, you won’t regret it!"

"The location of the hotel is perfect. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The room was clean all the time. Just minor issue but was really tough to deal with. Please fix the shower mixer control. The water either come super hot or cold. There's no to adjust the water temperature to a degree you can take it."
