「The hotel is very nice the lobby is nice for hang out with water tea and coffee, the rooms are new and modern and I loved the kitchenette it had all the amenities you need, the only downside is th rooms are very small like city hotel room small and there’s not enough light in the room not making it ideal to hang out in the room, other then that it was a nice pleasent stay.」

「Staff was very accommodating. Room was ok but toilet didn’t flush without the water constantly running. Shower gel, shampoo & condition bottles were all empty in the shower. Had to call for new ones. 」

「The bedroom and entire first floor living area was clean and nicely appointed in period decor. The self-check in process was simple and convenient. Lastly, the staff went above and beyond to find and quickly mail back my forgotten prescription eyeglasses to my home address. Will definitely stay here again if visiting the pioneer valley. 」

「This was a grand old mansion that was well cared for. The room was lovely, warm and comfortable. There was one other couple staying but we never saw them. The morning breakfast bar was more than adequate and the coffee was delicious. There were several sitting rooms on the first floor which were sunny and relaxing. Parking was right behind the house and keyless entry worked very well. This was a lovely location and I wish we had more time to stay there.」

「The place is very centrally located and there's parking in the front. There's a brewery on the ground floor that serves great beer and pizza and has live music. The walls in the rooms are not soundproof at all so not ideal for light sleepers. The live music is until 10-10.30 pm and after that it gets quieter. There's a nice fireplace in a shared space on the ground floor next to the bar. The rooms are very small. They are relatively clean. There's no staff on the hotel. It's self check in. 」

「Everything was clean and comfortable the host at the desk was kind, helpful and friendly. Only issues the ice and soda vending room had no vending machines. Cleaning staff left my door open by about and inch or two and thankfully all was well. I would stay there and recommend it to friends, especially it was the only one that actually stood by its online policy for pricing " You pay what you see! " Which included the tax. 👍」

「施設一階のインド料理屋さんは大人気店のよう、週末宿泊ではそのために駐車場はいっぱいでした。 お部屋は普通のモーテルですがレイクサイド選択したので朝夕湖に景色が楽しめました。外にも椅子がたくさんあるのでレイク側でなくて身天気が良ければレイクビューを楽しめると思います。お茶やコーヒーが24時間いただけるのは助かります。　共同ダイニングに電子レンジあり。」
