It must be said that a younger traveller will probably be more comfortable with the low-touch approach (text check in, code-locked doors), but they've clearly made an effort to be more accessible to a traveler looking for something more traditional. 」

Check in was super easy and efficient; front desk staff opened the hot tub for us at the time we requested to use it, was wonderful being able to relax while taking in those beautiful views! The warmth from the firepits felt heavenly after coming back from a late dinner. Room was immaculate. Would highly recommended staying at Blue Vista to anyone planning a trip to the area. 「We arrived after 7 pm and it turned out had reserved the room for Wednesday night instead of Monday night. A person associated with the restaurant which was closed on Monday, helped us. He called in to the staff and checked us into a room. Everything went so smoothly and it could have been last minute looking for a different motel.

「An older motel but very clean and comfortable. The only issue my travel companion had was the air freshener smell in the room. She has asthma issues that make her susceptible to fragrances. She thought the room was great but the lingering smell forced her to her van to sleep.」
