The rooms are outdated but they were clean. The hot tubs were down unfortunately which was one reason we booked this resort so that was a bummer but the staff was great and the price was right. The views were gorgeous and it's near hiking trails and a bike trail. Would book it again if they update their rooms and amenities.

We were there at the end of peak foliage viewing and closing of some activities but it was a good trade off for smaller crowds. The resort was still a very nice place to stay. There could be better signage for check in as it's actually the Country Inn at the Jiminy Peak Resort. It was a bit confusing not knowing that.

The room was spotless and very comfortable. The bed was super comfortable and the shower was nice. The whole property was well kept and the country store is worth a look. We would definitely stay there again!

The pool and hot tub were not heated enough. We didn't plan to use any other amenities so that was a disappointment. We enjoyed our stay. The room was good as we are our breakfast and dinner in the room. The kitchen was great and equipped with everything we needed.

This was our third stay. we love the quiet, unusual for a large resort complex, the mountain views and the spacious and comfortable accommodations. On the Jiminy Peak property, so it's a two minute walk to all the Summer mountain activities.

Everything was great here except our keys did not work so I had to go back to front desk for new keys on check in. Then on our 2nd morning we went to breakfast and came back to keys not working again. Front desk was helpful and reprogrammed them right away so not a huge deal. The hotel also has pretty thin walls so noise travels. Luckily our neighbors for the weekend were mostly quiet. I wish we knew John Harvards was closed till Thanksgiving but the other pub was great with an excellent beer selection on tap, great service & live entertainment every night. I wish there was free breakfast but thats not a big deal. I would recommend this place especially if you like to ski. We will consider this location for future Berkshire trips as its a fairly good central county location. Just keep in mind most shopping and restaurants are about 15-20+ minutes away.

Nice spacious room and very comfortable. Pretty quiet since Summer is off season. Only downside was it was very hot when we visited - common areas were not adequately air conditioned. Also, main restaurant/brewery was closed. We did enjoy are stay and is a nice central location in the Bershires.

Everything about our stay was wonderful We made a last-minute decision just to go up for a night and we were able to use several amenities like the chairlift ride for sightseeing. The pool a few times which was at a very comfortable temperature just to get in and relax We were able to use their locker room to take showers before we left to go home on our trip The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable plenty of pillows to choose from. Every staff member we encountered were very accommodating and friendly

It was a great time. We went in June, and were pleasantly surprised by the grounds, adventure park, cleanliness and staff. The country store was awesome—they have a great buyer, and the breakfast sandwiches and coffee were fresh and good. I would absolutely go back.
