The hotel’s facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the staff were very polite and helpful, making my stay extremely comfortable. Hotels.com staff supported us and sent us Facility ID and Reservation Code that is different from Reservation Number. Hotels.com said Reservation is sent electronically. After 1 hour, Finally hotel’s manager found our reservation on her own computer. I asked the staff what was problem and whose problem. She said 2 different company uses different...
